4. After payment has been made from Commerce Netherlands to the product supplier, the product supplier will prepare the product within the agreed time as agreed in the agreement and ship it to the consumer whose details were previously passed on. In the case of a fulfillment agreement, the product supplier will have to enter the track and trace information in the automated system for which a partnership is entered into. With dropshipping only, the track and trace information will have to be sent from the product supplier back to Commerce Netherlands so that Commerce Netherlands will inform the consumer of this.
