After the consumer has placed his order from our webshop and made payment, the order with customer details and the costs of the purchased product will be forwarded from our fulfillment system to the product supplier. If Commerce Netherlands has not entered into a partnership for dropshipping with fulfillment but only dropshipping, the product supplier will be contacted by email after placing the order, in order to provide the customer with information and to promote shipment, product and shipping costs from Commence Netherlands to the product supplier and clarify track and trace information.
